You can return a sized Shell-Seat for free within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, and in the same condition you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping fee, and returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.testa-seat.com. Returns from third-party distributors or for refurbished products will not be accepted.
