That’s why we’ve removed the usual barriers—giving you 30 full days to try the seat in your everyday life. Take it on adventures, bring it to school, use it at home. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it—no questions asked.

General Terms

This is a unified return policy covering all Testa-Seat products (Sized Products, Custom Seats, and Rentals).

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval/RMA number) will not be accepted or refunded.
Sized Products

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Products must be returned clean and undamaged. Undamaged means no structural damage, no tears, no stains, no missing parts, and no modifications.

Restocking / Damage Deductions:

If returned in good condition: full refund (excluding original shipping).

If returned with minor wear or damage: up to 20% deduction may be applied to cover repairs or restocking.

Severe damage may result in partial or no refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Seats

Non-Refundable Fee: Each custom seat includes a $199 non-refundable customization and manufacturing fee.

Returns & Adjustments:

If Testa-Seat makes an error in customization, we will remake the seat one time at no charge.

If the customer provides incorrect measurements or makes an incorrect choice, adjustments can be made for a fee of $99 per seat, plus the cost of shipping the custom seat back to Testa-Seat and any additional shipping required to deliver the adjusted seat.

Refund Eligibility:

If after one remake the seat still does not work for the customer, it may be returned within the 30-day window for a refund, excluding the $199 customization fee and all shipping costs.

Otherwise, customized seats cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of company error.

Rental Products

Initial Setup: $80 down payment + $19/month.

Refunds:

Within 30 days: Refund of setup fee minus $60 shipping.

After 30 days: Only unused monthly payments will be refunded.

Refunds are calculated based on the date the rental seat is received back.

Condition:

Rentals must be returned clean and undamaged, with reasonable wear and tear acceptable.

If returned damaged, Testa-Seat reserves the right to charge fees based on the extent of damage (up to the full retail value if beyond repair).

International Customers

International customers are fully responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued only after products have cleared customs and been inspected.
Return Process

Request: Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Shipping: Ship the product back using the instructions provided.

Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned product.

Refund: Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
