Ambassador Program
This Agreement is entered into on the date of acceptance and payment (the "Effective Date"), between Testa-Seat, Inc. ("Testa-Seat") and the customer accepting these terms and making payment (the "Ambassador"). By proceeding with the payment, the Ambassador agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Purpose - This Agreement defines the terms of collaboration where the Ambassador receives Testa-Seat products at a discounted rate in exchange for promotional content, product feedback, and other obligations as detailed below.Here’s a revised, structured Ambassador Agreement for the Testa-Seat program, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and minimizing repetitive information input for the customer:
Ambassador Agreement
This Agreement is entered into on the date of acceptance and payment (the "Effective Date"), between Testa-Seat, Inc. ("Testa-Seat") and the customer accepting these terms and making payment (the "Ambassador"). By proceeding with the payment, the Ambassador agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.Purpose
This Agreement defines the terms of collaboration where the Ambassador receives Testa-Seat products at a discounted rate in exchange for promotional content, product feedback, and other obligations as detailed below.
Testa-Seat’s Obligations
Testa-Seat agrees to:
- Provide the Ambassador with Testa-Seat equipment at a significant discount.
- Maintain open communication and support throughout the four-month collaboration period.
Ambassador’s Obligations
In exchange for receiving discounted equipment, the Ambassador agrees to:
- Communicate actively with Testa-Seat for at least four (4) months following product delivery.
- Submit a minimum of:
- 10 high-quality images featuring the product in use across various settings.
- 3 reels or video posts on social media platforms, tagging Testa-Seat’s official accounts.
- A written product Google review.
- Participate in at least one interview and provide detailed feedback through a survey.
Content and Social Media Engagement
- All submitted content (photos, reels, posts) must:
- Be original and feature Testa-Seat products in real-world use.
- Tag Testa-Seat’s social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Shared content must adhere to Testa-Seat’s brand guidelines, provided separately.
Product Feedback and Review, the Ambassador agrees to:
- Provide constructive, honest feedback through surveys, reviews, or direct communication.
- Allow Testa-Seat to use this feedback to improve its products and services.
If the Ambassador fails to fulfill their responsibilities within the agreed timeline, Testa-Seat reserves the right to:
- Invoice the Ambassador for the full retail price of the product.
- Revoke access to the affiliate program.
- Terminate this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
- Testa-Seat retains all rights to the intellectual property associated with its products.
- The Ambassador grants Testa-Seat a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use content created under this Agreement for marketing and promotional purposes.
By accepting this Agreement and proceeding with payment, the Ambassador confirms:
- They have read and understood the User Guide and Terms of Purchase available on the Testa-Seat website.
- Their commitment to fulfilling the obligations stated above, including completing a survey, interview, and product feedback.
